Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 25, 2026. This page explains how Ox Credit collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information for the Android app and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Name, phone number, email, age, gender, marital status, and loan purpose.
Two reference contacts, including name, relationship, and phone number.
Identity document number, current residential address, and camera-captured front/back ID document photos when identity document upload is enabled. Gallery upload is not used.
Education level, school, company name, job title, monthly income, work years, and salary day.
Bank name, account holder name, and bank account number.
Device identifier, application status, order ID, consent records, app version, and feedback records.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not request or collect SMS, call logs, device location, gallery photos, videos outside the ID capture flow, contact list access, card PINs, passwords, or OTPs. Reference contacts are manually entered by the user and are not read from the device contact list.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and submit revolving credit limit applications.
- To review eligibility, credit limit requests, drawdown requests, and repayment information.
- To show application status, available credit limit, repayment schedule, and review result.
- To provide customer support and handle feedback.
- To comply with applicable lending, privacy, anti-fraud, and legal requirements.
4. Data Transmission and Storage
Production data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Business data is stored in MySQL for application review and service operation. Database access is restricted to server-side components.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared only with authorized service providers, licensed lending partners, compliance reviewers, payment or banking partners, or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion in the app settings or through:

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after account ownership verification. Deletion removes device-linked user records, loan orders, personal information, bank information, review logs, feedback records, and camera-captured ID document photos from active business tables unless retention is legally required.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for application review, service operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, and audit requirements.
8. Children
This service is intended for adults who are legally eligible to apply for financial products. It is not directed to children.
