Delete Account
Users can delete their account directly in the Android app settings, or request deletion by email using this page.
Open Ox Credit, go to Personal Center, choose Settings, then tap Delete account.
Send your account deletion request to oxcredit_service@outlook.com. Include the phone number or email used in the app so customer service can locate the account.
After verification, device-linked user data, revolving credit applications, personal information, bank information, review logs, and feedback records are removed from active business tables unless retention is legally required.
Processing note: Deletion requests are reviewed by customer service and processed within 7 business days after account ownership verification. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to the correct account.
